How does Synchergy Champions work?
Each month, we select a new Business Challenge for our members to read and post their take. We start each Live session on the third Thursday evening of the month with a distillation of the comments and questions posed by our members about the Business Challenge. We share our experiences and wrap up with a synthesized reflection on the Challenge which is uploaded into our Website for our community.
Do I need to be an active participant to join?
Not at all! You can engage as much or as little as you like. Whether you prefer reading along quietly, sharing your thoughts in the comments, or joining our live discussions, Synchergy welcomes all kinds of participants.
How are the Business Challenges selected?
Our Business Challenge selections balance Start up, Small, Medium and Corporate challenges to keep things fresh and engaging. Members are invited to suggest Business Challenges for the month. We set up polls to let the community decide upcoming Business Challenges.
Is there a membership fee?
Synchergy offers free and premium membership tiers. The North Star Sprint is a free, secure and private shared Business Strategy space. Business Teams can work on our online facilitation service and document their individual responses to 6 Questions. Each team members answers are captured and recorded. The Synchergy engine then provides a distillation of the Teams responses as Values, Mission, Purpose, Vision and Direction Statements for the Team to sign off and use..
